Excellent

It was super easy to pick up the car. Justas was very attentive, kind, and a great listener, full of knowledge about Iceland. Seeing that I had trouble speaking English on the way there, he encouraged me to talk with him throughout the drive to help me feel more comfortable! That was really the strength of this rental agency. There might have been a lack of explanation about the rooftop tent, but that’s just a minor detail. A bit expensive, but that’s just how prices are in Iceland.

Excellent

Overall it was good. We had no issues even thought engine light was on through out the trip. The pop up tents needs a bit of TLC as it's kind of smelly so we only use the tent for one night of the 15 nights rental. Any questions we had was answer quickly by Rijo Campers.

We had an amazing experience with Rijo Campers! The whole experience went very smoothly. Right before our trip we got a text from Paulius, asking about our flights and letting us know he would be picking us up. Paulius was so nice, helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Having a number to text, made the pickup quick and easy at the airport. The van was exactly what was pictured on the website and we really enjoyed our time in it. While on the road, if we ever had any problems or questions, we could text Paulius and he always responded very quickly. This was the best trip ever and I highly recommend Rijo Campers for anyone wanting to enjoy iceland’s ring road!

Rijo Campers was a great and affordable option for camping around Iceland! Clear and quick communication over WhatsApp since we could not call due to no international phone plan, very friendly, was willing to drop us off at our hotel afterwards. Highly recommend!

So glad we chose Rijo Campers! Our Rav 4 was great, comfy, clean, and gave us no issues! Some of our friends rented with another company and their car ended up having tons of issues. The customer service was great as well! So glad we booked with Rijo!
