Very Good

We really enjoyed it, the car worked great and the service was excellent. Finding the shuttle to the car was a challenge, we had to scan the airport lobby for 10 minutes before we found the driver - he was holding a sign with a bunch of car rental companies on it, including this one. Drop-off was seamless, and the transport to the airport was fast & efficient

Did the F35 a day after it opened. The Dacia has good ground clearance so no problems. Earlier did F249 from Selfoss and did 2 creek crossings 20 cm deep easily. On the tar it handles well and is fuel efficient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The airport shuttle driver took us back to our bNB which was a nice bit of customer service. It was a 2023 model said the man but it had 48800km to start and we did 3300km in 12 days. I am worn out.

Fantastic!

Overall I quite enjoyed this rental, the pick-up was fairly smooth, and uncomplicated, if not a little rushed. The agent at the desk neglected to take down the information for the second driver included in the booking (although we did not need a second driver, ultimately). Drop-off was smooth and uncomplicated, and very quick. The shuttle service was very convenient. The vehicle itself fit the bill of what we needed; it was versatile and handled Iceland's roads (at-times gravel and rocky) quite well. Although the reverse on the (manual) Dacia duster is somewhat confusing and unintuitive (you have to pull up on the ring at the base of the stick) - It would be helpful for the agents to explain that to customers picking it up, in the future!

If you want to explore the Iceland, Dacia Duster is the best option. Everything worked very well for us, the Go Iceland staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hi, when i brought back the car, they told me that i had a parking ticket at thingvellir because apparently I didn’t pay the parking fee, and so i paid the ticket at your office. However, I checked my operations history of my credit card and I have paid the parking for Thingvellir, I have a proof. I would like to get a refund for the parking ticket. Thank you

Rental was very smooth process. No issues at all. I would suggest that staff be very clear with tourists about the presence of speed cameras and traffic cameras. Not for them to look to evade them, but rather that in Iceland the posted rule or speed is the maximum speed without question, not a maximum speed that has a 10-15 mph gray area that you can still drive in. This was not explained. I think the hard limits are great, just wish I knew it on day one, not day four. It would have saved a lot of anxiety. Otherwise a top rate rental experience.
