Easy rental, no fuss returns and close to the airport. Good car with studded tires that dealt well with the conditions.

My experience, start to finish, was excellent. Friendly customer service, honest and detailed presentation of my insurance options and things to watch out for on Iceland roads, efficient shuttle ride to/from the airport, and the car was exactly what I needed for driving north in the winter. Heavy and stable, and had enough use that I didn't feel the need to be overly careful on the road as it was clearly an "experienced" car -- definitely will check with Icerental 4x4 first next time I come to Iceland :-)

Fantastic service from collection to drop off, information given and openness, extremely helpful. Quick turnaround when dropping off at jeep rental. Everything was explained very well. Great quality Hyundai Tucson.

Driving the car was fine, except of the issues with heating, wipers quality and car pilot not working properly. I also found it very surprising that some cars are not equipped with USB charger and phone holder for the navigation purpose which affects the driving safety.
