Good

Renting a car from abroad through northbound was easy. The location of the rental company was good, really close to the airport. Pick up and drop off at the airport was provided which was good. The car itself was good, stood up well to some bad weather, had good aircon and had plenty of storage space. It had quite a lot of miles on it and the gear stick and clutch were quite stiff, but other than that it was fine.

In general, all was al ok. A couple of notes about the shape of our car: Change Oil control light was on since the beginning and another two red lights kept coming on with no obvious reason while driving, the back door (boot) never closed on the first try plus while driving the wind was coming in very strongly through all the door seals. And last thing was the fact that while going up-hill we had to go down with gear and were loosing speed but this one is on me as I should have checked the power of the engine and choose a stronger one. But like I said, in general, the experience was ok.

Outstanding!

Everything worked well. Only thing was that sometimes when the road was bumpy we would get warning that the door is open. That happened mostly when we were driving up the hill so we figured it is the weight of the bags on the rear door messing with the sensor. When we rearranged our bags the issue only happened sometimes with the bumpy road. All in all good experience.

Nous avons pu utiliser la voiture parfaitement bien nous avons beaucoup bouger exclusivement dans l'ouest de l'Islande la consommation de cette voiture et un peu élevé un plein d'essence coûte 90 € pour 500 km environ. C'est une très belle expérience pour moi et ma famille en effet nous étions 5 pour cette voiture et tout était parfait pour notre retour comme nous avons l'avion à 8h à papa nous avons dû nous lever à 4h pour rendre la voiture 3h avant afin de profiter des navettes de ce loueur très professionnel.

Fine

Everything was ok during process. easy and clear, they upgrade us with a better car. However we purchased some insurance items splitted, and when we decided to take the car we did wanted to take some more clauses, meaning that would have been same price as a package that they had, however they did not want to make us pay for the price of the package but all items splitted what meant an increase of the price (35€ aprox) for the same product and it was a bit tricky But at the end of everything process was easy, they were friendly staff and cheap price for good quality car I will not give them a better rate because of the tricky thing but it is recommendable indeed

the whole rental experience was pretty smooth and the shuttle service to/from the airport was very good. The car was well used, but was reflected in the price paid and was perfectly serviceable, nevertheless

Good

The Suzuki Vitara looked quite used and had a lot of km on the odometer. But it was clean, very well maintained, worked perfectly and was very reliable. We drove around Iceland quite a bit, Saefellness, into the Westfjords, and around the golden circle. We did long unpaved roads, and also a few F-roads with it, and the car was good to handle at all times. Only minor issue: Annoying squeaky and inneffective windscreen wiper blades.
