Hello, The truth is that I have no complaints about the reservation made of the vehicle, all very well, I only have a small complaint that was when my clients went to pick up the rented vehicle, they were told that it was not paid for and then my clients contacted me very angry because they thought that we had not paid the rent, the truth is that it was quite unpleasant and I still don't know what my clients think about what happened, but the truth is that I didn't like what happened at all, that your clients call you angry because we haven't paid for a car rental is quite embarrassing and even more so when it was paid for and for several months. For the rest I have to say that everything is perfect!

Excellent

Everything was perfect except for the lack of a spare wheel inside the car. Unfortunately a wheel got a hole in it because of a screw and we had no way to replace it. We then had to call a person you suggested to us and we paid a huge amount of money just to get it fixed. We then had to go to a tyre shop and pay more money to have the damaged tyre replaced. If there had been a spare tyre inside the car we would surely have avoided this unnecessary waste of money. I would therefore ask you if you could help us in what way. Thank you

Fantastic!

The Toyota RAV4 worked out really well for us. Not being used to a Hybrid, it took a little while to get used to some of the features. It drove great and was efficient on gas. The check in process was easy and it was nice to meet someone right away with a shuttle. We were assigned a different vehicle but there was a chip in the windshield that had begun to crack across the field of view and the staff were able to switch vehicles for us with no problem. The check out and shuttle to the airport was also simple. The employees were very competent, friendly and provided great tips on ways to avoid damage to the vehicle. I wish I had known that the MyCar office was at a hotel I would have booked my last night stay there and made my morning easier.

Great

No complaints - received the car as expected, check in process was straightforward, use of the wifi puck was nice, but probably not necessary considering the ubiquity of internet in most but the most mountainous parts of the country. Recommendation would be to have more frequent shuttles from the airport - we waited almost an hour after a long flight to take the shuttle, and it would have been nice to have twice hourly shuttles.

Outstanding!

The price and car were excellent, as was the clear and friendly service we received from both MYCAR and Northbound. In fact, I believe we received a 2022 Prius vs. the 2021 we booked, so that was a nice surprise. My only feedback for improvement: the car we rented was a plug-in hybrid, but did not come with the appropriate cable to plug into the numerous charging stations we found during our travels. It did come with a cable to plug into a wall outlet, but we didn't have access to these in public parking areas. We therefore were unable to charge the vehicle - which was not charged when we picked it up - and likely ended up spending much more on fuel than was necessary. I would have liked to have had the option to use the PHEV functions of the car since we did pay a little more to drive a hybrid vehicle.

Dear MyCar Team, the 2022 Toyota RAV4 GX Hybrid Automatic was a very good experience to drive through Iceland. We did the Route 1 and drove on F-Streets (gravel road) to Kerlingarfjöll and Landmannalaugur (drove through rivers). It was a great experience and we felt always comfortable.

Everything was perfect, MYCAR service was great , very friendly staff, great advise and tips. Car was also good. The MYCAR staff are your greatest asset and the reason we are giving such a good feedback. Very straightforward, no selling, they took time with each customer to explain all the details. Any question was answered with details. Perfect.
