The car was good, but the service from MyCar was less than ideal. They overbooked the shuttle from the airport to the car rental facility and thus we sat at the airport for over an hour from the time we were supposed to be picked up. Upon return of our car, we had to wait another 50 minutes before taking a shuttle back to the airport. They need more than one shuttle to transfer clients to and from the airport.

Outstanding!

The car was quite new, in very good condition, and fully gassed when we picked it up. The car drove well. It was a hybrid which was a pleasant surprise resulting in reduced gas consumption. The only issue was the wifi didn't work more than it worked. Maybe we were too remote or the cloulds and fog interfered.

Great

The car was new and was great. We fit five people and our bags. The car got pretty good gas mileage which makes a huge difference in an expensive place like Iceland. The only issue came from the pickup. I had confirmed the pickup time through email, but when I arrived at the airport no one was there to pick us up. I called them then they sent a shuttle driver. However there were other people who had been waiting over an hour. So they need to improve their pickup process.

Everything was as advertised, and the pick up (in town) and drop off (at airport was great). Car was almost new and in perfect condition. The rate was much better than others advertised, and really appreciated that it was all inclusive, no push to upsell various insurance products at pick up. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a great car at a great price. Brian

We searched the internet for a 4-person car suitable for the highlands. It was important that there were no problems with the very different road conditions. The vehicle class is not the cheapest, but it was ideal for Iceland's roads and worth every euro. The car was almost new and in optimal condition. It is very spacious, reliable, safe and easy to drive. In all situations there were no problems. The vehicle handover was uncomplicated and fast. The staff was very friendly. No attempt was made to charge us for anything, just what was agreed. The return of the car was completely uncomplicated. The meeting point at the airport could be better matched and more accurate. The Toyota from MyCar was just the right car for our Iceland vacation and worth the price. MyCar is a cheap and reliable rental company
