"As we had a good car before, we decided to take northbound again. Actually we got a car from konvin. The pick up was terrible, because noone was there and we waited for one and a hald hours. Noone picked up the phone calls and noone called back. As i was searching my wife luckily got the guy then as he waited a Minute and wanted to leave again.... 查看更多 The car we got was smelling bad And hasnt been cleaned, cause we found fries and a hair tie under the seat. The backlights were loose and there was a crack in the windshield. It was filled up, but it was always in eyesight. Also the window at the driver side was broken and we had to use it carefully. Not what you want, if you Travel around the island. Because other cars were too expwnsive at last minute and they had no other for us, we had to take it. We got an email, After a complaint. At least we got some money back, but we were told, that the parts had been ordered and its safe to drive. Well if the parts are ordered, maybe the car should stay out of rental so long. As we still payed a lot of money, that sadly wasnt a good experience"

"A little pissed off. I picked the car up and it had red light in fuel on. So I had to put a full tank off fuel in and then another full tank in to hand the car back. So I lost of out 8,000isk in fuel."
