"Terrible experience. The car we received was heavily damaged already on pickup. The air conditioning didn't work at all in the car. All four tires were bald with barely any tread, there were scratches and dents on the car already. While driving we had the front tires pop while driving down a mountain, somehow we were lucky enough to be in front of... 查看更多 a tire shop where we had to pay upfront to replace the front two tires and were told the back should be replaced as well. We were able to get a refund for the replacement but lost a day of travel because of the delay in the schedule we planned. When dropping off the vehicle we had to pay $1700 Canadian because the windshield damage that was already on the car wasn't reported in the system. So we had to pay upfront again in order to be able to get on the shuttle in time for our flight. I am currently working on taking legal action for being given a poorly maintained car and having to cover the costs of repairs, safety doesn't seem to be a priority. Extremely inconvenient, would not recommend."
