The 2024 Fiat Doblo Camper LUX Automatic was perfect for my husband and me. It was easy to drive and maneuver, and easy to park. The sleeping area might be a bit cramped for people taller than 6 feet, however. Also, there was no curtain available on the slider door window - we were able to improvise with a blanket we had.

Pretty smooth. I did receive an email the day before I was to return my camper with instructions to organize my pick up at the airport. Sending an email before the camper pick up would have been helpful. I had a hard time registering what was going to be on the sign at the airport as I got a call just after landing and I was confused as they didn’t say northbound. The poor guy who came to pick me up was standing right in front of me for 10 min because I was looking for a different name on the card. I could see from the email that would have been avoided. I think it would be handy to have a basic instruction sheet about the heater in the car. The attendant showed me but I find when you just get off a plane you can be tired and disoriented and not at your best to pick up the specifics of the instructions. I think a handy sheet or a link to a video in different languages could be really helpful. Tips for using the different heating systems ( electric/deisel), tips about parka app.

Everything was very smooth from the pick up to delivery of the car. They also picked up from the airport and took us back to the airport at the end of the trip. It was all very smooth.

It was ok. It felt a little unfinished. I think the barrier between the front and back should be covered w something. I hit my head on it several times. Was a bit weirded out by the exposed wires as well and wished my sheets had been washed before (they had obviously just come out of the packaging). No rearview mirror or working backup cam also made things tricky. The person picking me up was 30 min late, so I was late to my first scheduled event. That was a bummer. But overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I visit Iceland quite often and for the car I always try to find a good deal for the type of car that I need and for sure I was very happy with the company. It was my first time renting a car with Konvin and the car was in amazing conditions as well the cleaning. This was the perfect car for our outdoor adventure and it has my trust for in the future, rent from this company again. The service was very good as well the friendly staff so I definitely recommend.

My experience with Northbound was amazing! I rented a car from Konvin and the experience to reserve the car was so easy! They picked me up from the airport to bring me to get my car and they brought me back to the airport. I very much recommend!!

Hybrid was not available when we arrived. Were given a diesel so it ate into my fuel budget more that anticipated.

this felt like a good budget option, but our experience could have been significantly improved with just a few changes -add hooks and hanging wire so we can dry our clothes. there wasn't any place to hang things up -use warmer led light tone. the led lights were too harsh, something more warm like orange would be nicer -add a universal phone mount. there wasn't a good place to hold the phone for directions -always give us at least a full tank of propane for stove. Ours was about 3/4 full and we ran out of propane on the last day -I wished we had 4 knives and 4 spoons, even though it was just 2 people - add a side window in the back area

Assured car model was given the tent was clean and brand-new. The service was great because we said that we were unable to make it on the day of arrival due to flight cancellation and the entire northbound crew and the car rental company ensured that the invoice is adjusted accordingly, and I would definitely recommend anyonethe services from northbound
