Fjaðrárgljúfur

A natural marvel on the south coast of Iceland.

Fjaðrárgljúfur is a massive canyon in south Iceland, a short distance from the town of Kirkjubæjarklaustur. The canyon is somewhat narrow but extremely long, or about 2 kilometres, and offers travellers some perfectly photogenic opportunities.
