Volcano Huts are located in the Þórsmörk nature reserve in Iceland, situated in the Húsadalur valley, between towering glaciers and volcanoes. Most people visit Þórsmörk for the endless hiking trails, some people choose to go on shorter walks and return to Volcano Hut area in the afternoon. While others may venture deeper into the mountains on their way along the Laugavegur hiking trail, which connects Thorsmörk and the Landmannalaugar area.
