I'd like to point out that all four covers were very old, cracked, and in terrible condition. They were unsafe to drive. They should have been replaced with new, more reliable ones before the rental. Anyone could... Lees meer have lost them; they barely hold on. I didn't drive off-road. It fell off on the second day while I was driving on the paved road from Sauðarkrókur to Húsavík. I don't think it's my fault, but the fault of the mechanic who services this car and gave me the green light. It turns out that you're repairing your cars at your customers' expense because I lost the old cover and paid the price of a new one. I wouldn't write this if it weren't too expensive for me. I'm from Eastern Europe, and you know what the salaries are like there. Otherwise, everything was great. The staff was friendly, the car was good, everything was convenient, warm, and comfortable. Thank you for the airport transfer. Iceland is a beautiful country, and I want to come back again soon. Because of this unfortunate situation, I'll only give your company three stars on Google Maps."
