The bed could not be folded up, which meant there was no seating area in the back. Furthermore, having the storage space entirely underneath the bed proved to be very impractical. I had to take everything out every single time just to access my belongings, such as my suitcase.This lack of functionality made the trip less comfortable than expected. "Camping around Iceland was a fantastic experience! The van was awesome and the service was awesome! The only issue was the battery which died at one point and we had to get it jump started which left the radio not working. Other than that fantastic experience!"

"Our RV was changed to a Lux 600. This car was older than what we specifically reserved. We called out multiple maintenance issues including kitchen faucett being broken, engine and oil change lights being on. We believe because the RV reserved was specifically year 2025 or newer, our price should be adjusted."
