This was my first trip to Iceland. The Star Car Rental web page was really easy to navigate thru. Car, Toyota Land Cruiser 150, was in excellent condition, didn't loose a bit all around the Iceland, almost 3000km, easy to pick up and drop off, friendly staff. Nothing to complain, can recommend to everyone. Thanks to staff who made my holiday unforgettable If come back this company would be my first choice for renting

Pickup was great, on time and as expected, and the ride back to the airport was really fast. I can't see negatives with this customer experience. The Dacia Duster is the perfect Iceland car. 2nd time we rent one there and imho there's no better choice.

Outstanding!

We were very satisfied with Star Car Rentals. Everything went smoothly and we got exactly what we applied for. The car was almost new and in perfect condition. Staff was friendly and helpful and also gave us some tips at pickup. They've also let us change the pickup address without any complications. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will chose them again when we're in Iceland.

My experience with Northbound was very good ! I think it´s a very good thing when you come to the customer´s hotel for the pick up. And the return to the airport was perfect too ! An other thing, you are fast for reply to an e-mail, and I have appreciated this ! Excellent

The check-in process was very smooth, and it was really nice to be picked up at the airport and to drop it off again at the end of our trip. The vehicle was clean when we picked it up and we had no issues, though there was a bit of a squeal from the timing belt every once in a while.
