How do I make a claim?
After your booking is completed and the damage charge has been settled with the rental company, please submit your online claim and attach any supporting documents. Claims are handled by our partners RentalCover.com. Get started by visiting Rentalcover.com/claim.
The support team will keep you updated by email at every step of the claims journey. The RentalCover.com Claims team aim to complete 95% of claims within 3 days. Claims involving multiple vehicles may take longer.
