Good

The vehicle was clean and in good condition. We were expecting a larger vehicle (we were 6 people + luggage), the description was for 7 people + 4 suitcases, if I am not mistaken, but it could fit only 6 people + 2 suitcases. Which mean we had to leave the kids at the airport for us to go at the office to sign contract (because we could not fit with the guy from Magic). And we had to do the same when we left. Our plane arrived earlier than schedule (almost one hour), so the fact that we had to wait for pickup (no office at the airport) was not the greatest, and the pickup was 45 minutes late (I had to call, no one was at the airport at the time that was agreed). Plus another 45 minutes to go to the office... Staff was really nice.

Excellent

Everything went according to plan :pick-up on arrival, coffee when doing the paperwork. The Suzuki Grand Vitara 2011 had some scratches and dents but turned out to be a reliable car, with excellent tires.On return we were transfered to the airport at the time we agreed upon. Good

Icerental 4x4 is a very small rental agenency. It takes a little bit of time to get to their place but they will pick you up at the airport and bring you back. The office is 24/7 open but if you will come in the middle of the night, like we are, you have to wait till somebody will be there. However, the car was okay and the price also. If you only purchase the basic insurance, they will block 2500€ on your credit card. You can avoid the blocking if you purchase a premium insurace wich will cost 13€ more per day.

The receptionist was very friendly and provided courtesy service. The paper work transaction was simple and quick. Fantastic. Highly recommended.

Outstanding!

The car was perfect for our trip. Winter tires with spikes and all. Only leaving the car in the middle of the night on the airport parking was a bit awkward.

Excellent

All the services by Northern Lights were good, friendly and uncomplicated. The booked Duster 4x4 was changed to a Suzuki 4x4. The car was reliable but a little bit underpowered. The spikes in the tyres were quite worn out! But nevertheless Northern Lights Car is a recommendable company

Outstanding!

Perfect ! Everything was as planned : someone at the airport to drive us to our car, rapid delivery of the Renault Trafic and ok for the return. We were 7 adults wwith our luggages and were able to visit all spots.
