Excellent

The car had all kinds of features that were necessary or comfortable for our journey. Generally it was in a good shape, despite of the missing rear window wiper. The car already had run roundabout 146.000 kilometers, but it did not feel this way. We could trust in the car and its tires and managed all weather and road conditions. We did never regret our decision for the car.

We choose to rent a Subaru Forester as we know it is one of the best cars for driving in various weather conditions, as we expected in Iceland. The 4WD car was a great base for us as we drove through the half of your country, in heavy wind and snow over the mountains, icy roads and roads of various conditions. We would definity choose this car again, it made us feel safe. We are used to drive in snow, as we live in the north of Norway, and know theese cars are the best in winter.

Accueil très sympathique et efficace. Nous avions loué un duster 4x4 sans option. A notre arrivée, on nous a donné une Kia sportage 4x4 avec GPS, boite automatique, sans supplément financier : que du bonheur. Très content de notre expérience avec Lotus car rental. Nous recommandons absolument

Outstanding!

Excellent customer service and the process of renting the car was very straightforward. We landed at Keflavik where we've been picked up by an agent. Everything went very quick and in no time we were on our way. We didn't get the car that we originally booked but we got something very similar which was as good. Car was clean. Will definitely use them again. :)

A correct and reliable rental company. The company is located approximately 5 km from the airport. They arrange a shuttle service.

Good

Not straight from the airport, shuttle brings you to the pick up place but that went smooth. You get half a tank and have to return a half tank - we returned 3/4 and were not refunded anything; pitty and downside on the customer service side. Apart from that all okay.
