Fine

Suzuki Jimny reviews were good but our car was older than expected. For our next road trip through Iceland we'll definitely go for a better car. We sent the details of our flight, as requested during the reservation process, but no one was waiting for us at the airport so we had to call and wait for the pick up.

Great car - perfect trip. The owner gave us a full briefing and gave us invaluable tips for winter driving. The car was the best price we found so very satisfied.

Good company, and good car. The light broke in the middle of the trip but because I had good insurance there was no problem. My advice, take lots of pictures before signing your contract.

Excellent

The whole experience with Northern Lights was smooth, easy, and without hiccups. It ended up being a bit pricey with everything included - but we were very happy with their service, the car we were given, and the process of it all. I have no problems recommending this company to others!

Excellent

Our experience with Nordic Car Rental was very good. We got the exact car we rented and it was in perfect conditions. The people were really nice and the paperwork was fast. Our only critique would be that there was no bluetooth or another way to play music from the cellphones, which was a bit of a disappointment. In addition, the windshield was not working 100%. But apart from that, everything was ok.

Outstanding!

Small delay at the airport to be collected but otherwise it was a very warm and sociable welcome. The depot was a short drive from the airport. We had booked a Duster but were upgraded to a Hyundai I55 which was well suited to the roads. Their cars appear to be older models (3-5years old) and ours had 200K kms on the clock but their prices were way way cheaper than their competitors. Out of hours returns to the airport incur a transfer fee but since we booked through Northbound this fee was waived. Would recommend.
