Excellent
Great car, very comfortable and modern. The only problem I had the entire time was some miscommunication about pickup time – ended up waiting at the office for nearly an hour for someone to arrive. One they did though, it was all super efficient.

We were a group of 6 female adventure athletes, and our car was in top shape and ideal for our journey! The fact that we could take this off road on our hikes, without worries of a breakdown, was a big help! The service was great and we will definitely use you again next year when we are back! Outstanding!
We were 6 people travelling to Iceland, 2 adults and 4 kids. So for us it was important to rent 1 car. The vehicle we have got was comfortable and absolutely suitable for 6 people. The stuff was very friendly, helped with luggage during transfers from and to aiport.

My general experience with Ice Rental Cars was very positive - good communication, helpful people, quick and comfortable airport transfers and finally a very good car, with possibility of full insurance, which is not always available in Icelandic car rentals. It helped us to make our Icelandic adventure unforgettable. Thank you and thank you Northbound for all services. I can recommend both companies to all.
