Heater doesn’t worked properly and no curtains. They give us blankets but no pillows.

Excellent

The car itself was in a great condition. Tires were really used to my taste, especially given icelandic weather. Please pay more attention to switching them for new ones, it could lead to some dangerous situations.

Great

I was completely satisfied with the car. For a trip for two, or like me alone, the car is perfect. Only if you plan to go to remote corners of Iceland, it is better to think about all-wheel drive option.

The car was great we loved it. The main problem was the fact that a € 3700 deposit was required, which almost exceeds the cost of the car. My credit car was not allowing me to withdraw this amount and we had to go for the premium option, which costs 55€ extra per day and does not require any deposit. This is kind of a trick to make you pay more. The rest was ok

Excellent

The Dacia Docker worked very well for us on our trip! The only thing that could have been added to the camper set up would be some curtains for light and insulation.

I had some problems at the beginning with the car that, thanks to the great help of Paulina, I was able to solve, and she made sure that everything was fine.

Overall I'm satisfied but there were 2 points not to my liking : 1. The onboarding process ( getting the car ) was being rushed and very chaotic, no clear information on the process and you are sent off rather fast. When spending hundreds of euro's, I expect some patience and good customer care. Returning the car was also unclear ( I waited for 15 minutes while appearently it was all ok and i could go ). 2. The car was good and clean and complete but it would have been nice to get some info sheet so you know how to operate the overnight heater or where to find a spare tyre, just a small leaflet would be great. Wildcampers delivered a good service but they need to improve on overall customer service.

Hi, in general everything was ok with the campervan itself. But at the pickupstation at Nordic Car Rental I had a very unpleasant surprise as they told me the deposit for the car would be 2700€ instead of the 800€ you told me. I couldn‘t pay it due to the limit of my credit card, so I had to book the platinum package which was a additional cost of about 400€. So if you‘re willing to work with rental companies in Iceland you should make sure the conditions are clear and the communication isn‘t misleading. I am still a student and saved money for a long time to go on this trip. This could have been much better.. Best regards Felix Steidle
