"hi , it was nice experience, but car condition was not great , driver side window was not working, even car was not so clean, even its mention pick up and drop off from airport, but need to travel 10-15 for pick up , and same place to drop off, and need to go airport witha ll bags , by shuttel , however they came to drop , rest all is fine thx"

"We were not overly impressed with our hire car provided from Round. We were not given a 4x4 car, which i paid additional money for, but instead received an all wheel drive plug in hybrid vehicle. I consider this to be a downgrade as there were multiple options for me to hire an AWD car online at a cheaper price (like a dacia duster) than what i paid for a 4x4, and dont think the car provided was that to be "or similar". The car also had a maintenance service and tyre pressure warning come on the car as soon as we turned it on, so we had little confidence with taking the car into the highlands as we had hired it for. Because it was a plug in hybrid as well, we had less kilometre range and needed to constantly top up the car with fuel. Not impressed at all."

"I already sent an email: Good morning, I am writing this email to report a few details regarding the vehicle. I noticed that the license plate had already been damaged, as well as the driver’s door (see attached photos). I also noticed that the vehicle is fitted with three summer tires and one winter tire. In addition, after about one hour of driving, the tire pressure warning light came on. At the moment, it does not seem to be anything serious, but rather an issue with the tire pressure that may simply need adjustment. Another issue is that the zipper on the second sleeping bag is missing. Unfortunately, I also noticed too late that the vehicle shown in the booking photos does not match the vehicle we actually received (see attached photos). We will continue with our trip as planned. "I was not very satisfied with my rental.The engine light was on when we picked up the car, and we were told everything was fine and not to worry. On the second day, the oil light came on, and we wasted half a day going to a garage to top up the oil. So, the vehicle wasn't checked before being returned to us, and the container of dirty water hadn't been emptied.The van's equipment was rudimentary .They also forgot to give us the gas canisters for the stove ,the USB port for charging the phone was not functional.and upon return, we were told everything was ok, but today, once I arrived in France, my bank informed me that 4500 isk were debited from my account without my consent. I will no longer rent from them.They are not very honest."
