Hello there, I would like to recommend that your team should ensure customers are briefed on how to use the functions of the car, such as the lighting and any other important features. For example, remind tourists how to pay for parking by downloading the app, which tunnel needed to pay and how to lower the back seat for luggage, among other things. More importantly, the car should always be fully fueled when we pick it up. Additionally, my rental car had a system reminder indicating that it needed regular maintenance and a tire pressure monitor change. This did not give me confidence in the car, especially considering the tough road conditions in Iceland. Hope this helps.

Outstanding!

Great experience all around from pick up to drop off. The Duster ran great throughout my entire visit and was able to get us around the entire island. Would use Ring again and the worker/mascot Teddi (boston terrier) was a great room energizer as well after a long flight. Look forward to seeing Teddi again when I return to Iceland lol.

The arrival on the meeting point at the airport was a little bit late, but it was ok, we weren't in a hurry. Pick up was ok, car was ready and the instructions were clear. Drop off was ok, too and after that we were taken to the airport. Maybe it will be good to open the office earlier (about 6 a.m.), for people who have to catch their flight before 9. a.m.
