How do I cancel or modify my Full Protection?

When you make changes to your rental, your policy is automatically updated. However, you can also make changes to - or cancel - the policy without making changes to the rental. Similarly, you can cancel the rental and if you have a rental from another source, you can keep the car.

To make changes to your rental, just login to your Northbound Account and go to the Bookings page. Your policy will update automatically.

To make changes to your without changing the rental, visit to get started. If this is your first time logging in to, you will be asked to enter a reference number (ending wth “INS”) that can be found in the subject line of your emails from the team.

Allow 3-4 business days for the refunds to show on your credit card.
