レンタカー Icelandでは

Very good experience with my camper. The van have everything I needed and the heating system is a big thing for the cold nights in winter. All was easy and the transfer to the airport together with the cheap price are enough reasons to take the deal.

Renting from Lagoon was a great experience! After a lot of comparison shopping, it still took a bit of a leap of faith not using a larger company with familiar name recognition, but it was definitely worth it. The rates were the best, which is why I selected Lagoon, but I was surprised at how easy and seamless the entire process was. From the online booking, being greeted at the airport, and the checkout and return process were all perfect. Nobody tried to up-sell me on a million options, the car was in great shape, and performed amazing in the snow. The only hiccup was the contract said the car had a full tank of gas, but it was a while after I drove off that I realized it was only 1/4 full. I called and they trusted me and updated the contract no problem.

Was ok, guy picked us up on time, really nice guy, not great with English but really gave his best to tell us some guidelines about Iceland and driving there which helped a lot, also told us some background on Iceland. Picking up the car was a delight, no que no hold up, lady at the reception was delightful, explained everything and answered all our questions. Customer service was A++++ Only the car was pretty beaten up, check engine light was on all the time and passenger doors were hard to open and close (told the lady at the reception at the time of pickup) she sent someone to inspect it and he said it’s some tyre sensors that are broken but it’s ok to drive. Also front tyres were worn out completely which we didn’t notice until we started driving on snow (which was a real challenge with tyres in that bad of a condition). Since we decided to keep the car for one more day I rang in the morning and it was no problem, brought back the car later in the evening without any issues, payed extra for the day and the guys dropped us back to the hotel. Apart for these issues with the car everything was tip top! Would definitely recommend and definitely rent from you again.

Great Iceland, I wish I where there again. Suzuki nice car to discover all the fantastic places in such a wonderfull island eventhough a little beat " high fuel consumer".

Why not 5? Just because the 4x4 was a little old, consumed at least 12l per 100km, some sandwich papers were inside and the doors, already weakened by the previous trips, are responsible for an infernal noise when the wind blows hard. Well, the staff were helpful, pleasant, available by phone. The agency provides trips between the agency and the airport. The return to the airport was very well managed at 5 AM. Congratulations. Despite its 280,000 km on the odometer, the 4x4 was flawless in snow and stormy weather.
