レンタカー Icelandでは

My friends and I (6 of us total) visited Iceland in the beginning of March this year. Northbound and Magic Car Rental were great. The SUV was just as described with a wifi and GPS device given to us free of charge. Their employees were very accommodating and gave us nice tips before our trip. All of the fees were stated upfront, there were no hidden fees or surprises. Overall a great trip and would book again with Northbound and Magic Car Rental!

Overall I really enjoyed our 2018 Ford. It did a great job carrying us through Southern Iceland where we saw everything from sunshine, to rain, to windstorms, to white out snow conditions. It did exceptionally well in all of this weather.

Everything was OK. Because of the well working autonomous heating , there was no need for extra sleeping bags in winter for us, blankets was fine.

We had an upgrade to a Jeep Renegade instead - it had everything we needed (including a heated steering wheel!)

We rented our car from GO Car Rental using the service provided by Northbound. We just want to say everything was perfect. We had an unfortunate moment with the car, we just called them and they took care of the situation immediately, they brought a new upgraded car to where we were. Service was reliable and everything was excellent. If we visit one day Iceland again, we will definitely use their service again. As a brief, we definitely recommend them. Thank you Go Car Rental and Northbound for everything.

Excellent vehicle, quick rental process at the agency, friendly staff. The only glitch: could you please put out a sign by the agency building near KEF and preferably a pointer sign or two nearby? The area is a maze of buildings, none of which appear to have the street address, that all look roughly similar. We spent 15 min trying to find the building. Other than that, I would rate you a 5.

It got us around comfortably enough. The experience getting the car from Nordic was not ideal upon arrival. The car wasn’t clean, had puddles on the mats in the front seat. Windows were dirty, door was somewhat broken. The drop off experience was better.

Couple of things I want to raise. We had booked the van till Wednesday (today) at 17:00 as that would be 3 hours before our flight. However we found out that the last bus is 16:30 and next one wouldn't be till 20:00 so the bus ticket we have is now useless. We had to buy a very expensive taxi. Some more communication on this may have been helpful. Next the power adaptor for the Van also did not work properly. The USB port on the vehicle actually broke all of our cables, it must be shorting out and sending surges through so I would recommend replacing that before it breaks any more cables. One of the main reasons we were using the adaptor was because I couldn't find the USB port on the vehicle. Having a manual for the vehicle would have been very useful. Finally the car did not come with a discount card for fuel which I have seen on a lot of other rental companies so this would also have been very beneficial to us. However we did thoroughly enjoy the vacation and the Van itself did run very smooth and was a great way to travel round Iceland.
