Outstanding!

Amazing experience. The staff took the time to tell us all of the information about the car. We had an issue with our heater, and the staff was very attentive and accommodating to compensate for the issue. Car was great as advertised. Great customer service.

Outstanding!

Worked out great. Got extras that overall worked well. Only thing that was a problem was the wifi unit. Had all kinds of trouble with that, but after talking to worker he refunded money for the unit. Great staff (when around).

Excellent

Overall a good experience. The guys at Go Campers were informative an easy going. The camper itself was basic but fit what we needed for the most part. During our trip we also got a flat tyre and we were helped promptly by Go Campers staff. After calling (on Saturday) they helped us to organise some local mechanics to come out and change the tyre for us in heavy rain and mud. We had to pay a hefty fee for this to the mechanics but that's not Go Campers fault, and they were as helpful as could be.

Good

It was pretty good. Ended up getting an upgrade while there since I cannot drive manual, and cannot remember the name of the van. But the experience was generally good and the car drove very well. The one downside was that the car did not hold water in very well when it rained, and made some of our stuff slightly wet and made drying anything throughout the week and a half impossible. I'm not sure if this is standard, but that was the one downside I noticed.
