Excellent
The car was super. We were forced to return the car One day before And we asked for a small refund, but we did not receive anyrhing, nor a small discount. If you are a young company And you want to improve, you should try to handle better similar requests.

Outstanding!
Car was great,easy to drive,it didn't spend much petrol (cca. 5.7L/100km). Car rental picked us up at the airport,they also drove us back to the airport after returning the car.

We ended up renting a Hyundai but it was great. Hybrid, good on gas... just what we needed for our 2+ week stay!

Great
Everything went well with the rental car; it was a comfortable model allowing us to drive once on a F Road but most of the weekly roadtour (about 1350 km) was on standard roads where that fuel powered carmodel was quite efficient ( about 6 l/ 100 km). We could not claim about the space (cabin + trunk) which was fairly enough for 5 persons. Only remark from my side is that a few information on the car functions would have been a Plus while starting from the airport station since we did not find any userguide in the car.

Outstanding!
There were shuttle bus picked up our group and took us to the car rental place located 5-10 mins away from airport. The staff there was friendly and they serve free coffee and tea. The car was good size for 4 adults with 3 large size luggage and 1 carry one plus 5 small backpacks. We did manage to get to a few of the highland spots with this car. The hybrid feature of this car also saved us some gas money. The only draw back I would say is the seats are not the most comfortable and the suspension was pretty bad. Overall we are happy with this car and we had a wonderful trip with this car.

Excellent
all in all everything was ok. The problem was that we weren't clear on which streets we were allowed to drive according to the landlord (a colored map would be practical and easy to create) and where according to the police we were allowed to drive. There was a sign saying that F-Raods are only allowed to be driven by 4x4. And a 4wd is not a 4x4 according to the police sign. Our Duster like all others is not a 4x4 but a 4wd. That's really stupid for a tourist and at the end the sign says you're not allowed to drive on F-Roads but that's exactly why you rented the Duster.
We also called the hotline once (24 hours a day) and no one answered.

It was perfect for our trip! The car worked great, very spacious and the provided internet kept us online all week.
The check-in process felt a bit chaotic but once we got the car everything was great!
