Good

Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately since it was very busy during check in to pick up our rental camper van the representative assisting us had to take several phone calls while trying to help us. The van was as expected but could have been cleaned a bit better from the last renters.

Excellent

It was great, you got nice people working there and the car was comfortable and worked pretty well on my roadtrip. The only reason I don't give you the 5 stars is that at the end it was more expensive that I thought (with extras I didn't think I would need like the power converter to charge the WiFi), and also that delivering the car to Keflavik is not so convenient if you are still going back to Reikjavik, like I did.

Outstanding!

Great camper! We travelled the ring road and spent 15 days in this camper van and it was amazing! We had no problems, great with gas mileage, the van was perfect for 2 people! Thank you for a great trip. Northbound is also an amazing service, would highly recommend using them to compare prices for vehicles in Iceland!

Outstanding!

The camper was excellent and pick-up/drop-off were quick and painless. We traveled from Reykjavik up to Akureyri and enjoyed the trip and cmaper very much. The only thing that would have helped us would be a bit more information about off-season camping. Most of the spots were great but we ran into problems with one campground being closed and a few others had confusing instructions about where to park/pay etc. So maybe a small guide with some better information about camping during the spring would be helpful.

Good

Our experience was very good with Go Campers! The only hiccups were that the water in the van did not work and the wifi often did not work. The van itself was great, no problems. There was one knowledgeable and friendly employee who was helpful.

it was the best experience ever also christopher and the other girl wher every helpful we love evertyhing abut the camper and your country not to mentioned the heater for sleeping it was great

Outstanding!

It was excellent. Our first camper had an issue with the Heater two days in, the staff provided us with a completely different camper as soon as we went back to the office. their staff were very welcoming and friendly, assisted us with tips on where to go and what to see, the car was clean and well maintained and the return was unccomplicated and very easy.

Outstanding!

We had a fantastic experience! The camper was perfect, very warm and comfortable. It handle the roads very well and even used less fuel than we had budgeted! We were able to drive the whole ring road in March, through snow storms, ice, hail and rain. No problems at all. The staff was fantastic and gave us very reasonable suggestions for our trip and even gave us a ride to the bus stop for the airport. Already planning to come back and will definitely go with Go Campers again! We also really like the fact that the campers are not wrapped with images that look very touristy, it's nice to blend in a little bit. Thank you!
