Good

Car was not ideal for the circumnavigation, phev is great, I have one, but a nuisance when charging not practical, and small fuel tank a nuisance. Also a complex car to learn for a short period.

In general all was OK Only we have a little problem with the rental GPS that don´t work well, because the keys don´t respond to touch. When we return the car the rental office return us the amount of the renatl without problem

Actually it wasn't a 2023 Duster but 2019 i think, but it was written at the begining that it should be a dacia 2020 or similar. Generally the car was fine.

The car was ok, it didn´t seem to have an AC and I get that rental cars sometimes seem to be stripped of all extra equipment but no AC seemed a bit 90s standard. What I really reacted negatively on though was that after some 300 km after picking the car up during heavy rain we realized that the tires were totally worn out (0,5 mm deep threads on front wheels). Hey, how about putting new tires every year on your cars if they are used a lot? When trying to point this out to the girl at the rental place when returning the car by finally pointing at the tires and saying "Illegal dangerous tires" she didn´t seem to understand what I meant. But maybe she did, I don´t know.

Hi, when we booked the car (Jeep) there was an information that the trunk is big enough for 4 persons. The first days we were inly two persons. When we picked up the two other peoples, we had to change the car to a Dacia. Then service of "GO-Iceland" was perfect. What we would wish for the future: An early and calculatable information from the space of the trunks.

All in all, it had a very good experience. Only thing, perhaps that I missed it somehow, is better explanation of picking up at the airport. Everything else without any complaints. So, if you´re new company, my best wishes!

Very Good

there were some things that did not work properly at the car. Sensors for distance,. Always message that they should be cleaned. I cleaned them but the message stayed. Tank lid did not close properly all the time. Had to tape it for a few days. the staff tried to convince me, that me insurance coverage was not enough, even as it was bought over the page .
