Hey, alles war ganz wunderbar und vor Allem unkompliziert. Das Auto war perfekt, auch für F Straßen und der Shuttle von und zum Flughafen hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit mit dem Dacia, vielen Dank

Northbound is just a booking intermediate and they were fine. I am disappointed with the rental company though "Go Iceland" and I strongly advise against them. 1. I booked "Subaru Forester or similar", got Hyunday Tucson. I disagree that it is a similar car. Forester has higher ground clearance and is overall better performing on rough roads. 2. multiple small issues with the car. Nothing deal breaking, just inconveniences, like broken USB socket (no Android auto), jammed fuel lid and the like. 3. Airport pickup was overwhelmed, I had to wait two rounds, about 40 minutes to be picked up. Had I known, I'd take a cab. Or book with a better rental company. I will not book with northbound next time, because I don't want to end up with Go Iceland again.

Outstanding!

First this car was so comfortable. It fit 2 large suitcases, 1 carry on roller and 4 backpacks in the trunk. It had all the bells and whistles. The gas milage was good and was perfect for my family of 4. Pick up and drop off were fast and smooth.

Hi, The car it self was in quite rough condition with service light on at start of the rental, the air conditioning did not work and it had some other minor cosmetic issues. There was something sticky in the rear seat that got stuck in our clothes. There was no car wifi available in this car as it was specified when I took the premium package. The Go Iceland office was very helpful, but they tried to up-sell the insurance even when I had all you had to offer.

The vehicle I had hired was available but they gave me a different model instead. The staff was not very friendly, neither fast in delivery. There was a bit of a mess in the office

We're satisfied with everything about our car rental. Easy check-in and check-out. Shuttle bus from and to the airport fast and comfortable

The car was great. We all three drivers liked it. At the airport we had to wait suffle driver quite a long time (over one hour) If he was there earlier, we didn't see him. When we finally find him, he was unfriendly and took only driver to the office. That made more confusion, because she didn't has the mails, our drivers licenses and so on. The name of the company (Go Iceland/ACE) should be easier to see in emails. We were little confused with that and took car to the wrong place at first (Go car).
