"Overall very good. Thanks There were a couple of things to mention. There were no coffee cups or storage containers supplied(we purchased some and left them in the van) The kitchen knife was very blunt. A vehicle with apple car play/android auto or a nav unit would be a great addition for tourists."

"That van itself was great and exactly what I needed for our trip. I was surprised at the fuel efficiency. The only downside was that the water had not been set up, so we spent the first hour troubleshooting this instead of driving. The customer service was great. "The vehicule was fine! I can just say the back doors needed a real good slam to close properly. Also, the anti-frost system was still on, so I lost half of the water tank before finding the solution (last page of the user guide, which was actually pretty well done because I could find the solution on my own). So maybe be careful about the anti-fors... Lire la suitet because that was quite a surprise. Lastly, we had issues with the credit card on pick-up and, which I never experienced before. Your insurance payment works actually really differently from what I'm used to in France. Usually the value is locked so we just need the correct amount on the bank account. Solution was found to buy an extra insurance with debit card only, but that was extra cost."

"The vehicle was fit for purpose and did not let us down during our trip. Driving the vehicle wasn't easy due to the weather conditions, this is not the hirers fault . Just a general note for anyone considering a motorhome, whilst ice and snow may be present on the roads. Finally we got charged a fee on drop off. This was down to the waste pipe comi... "The adventure with my son in Iceland was fantastic. Couldn't imagine a better way to experience the wonders of this beautiful country. The snafu came at the beginning as the vehicle that was ready for me had to be replaced because the stove would not light. "The vehicle was in good condition and very clean. At the airport you have to take a number at the Rental service desk. They do the administration. Someone from hertz is waiting for you for pickup. They bring you to the stockage. You get a clearly demonstration and information before leaving. It was a perfect way to discover Iceland!"

"Overall I liked it! I chose this motorhome because of the discount so I cannot complain too much. The only thing I had issue with was not working parking brake which is very important for a vehicle with a manual transmission. In my opinion, renting a motorhome is one of the best ways to explore Iceland. It allowed us to have a flexible itinerary."

"Communication was great, the shuttle driver was where the email said they would be. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a minor issue with one of the windows which was fixed for the short term and sorted within 24 hours thanks to the emergency assistance staff. Drop off was easy and shuttle back was only a short wait."
