"We had to subscribe a new assurance policy from the rental company because for the deposit they accepted only credit card registered to the rental contractor and don't accept AMEX credit card. The amount of the rental contractor plus the deposit exceeded my spending limit on VISA card."

"It was the first time we used a caravane and it took a while to understand certain things. Seat belts were not visible in all places, one of the seats was broken. Despite that we cooked, we used the bathroom, we comfortably slept. It was a funny experience with three kids."

"We were initially confused on whether to go for a motorhome that was over 6 years old especially since we planned to travel the whole island on a 10 day drive. We did not want any issues with the vehicle or the cabin in middle of our journey. We still went ahead with older vehicle due to budgetary reasons and the difference between a new vehicle an... Leia maisd older vehicle was substantial. However the motorhome was in excellent condition, the cabin was perfect neat clean and functional. The experience was truly amazing and our choice in the end was rewarding. The rental company explained everything needed and they were always available on call or whatsapp throughout our journey."

"Choose Northbound was because of the response to queries and helpful information provided. Selecting and comparing of motorhomes was easy too. Flight was cancelled resulting in delay in arrival into KEF after operating hours, managed to collect the motorhome with additional charges. Pick up as relatively easy with instructions provided. Driven to... Leia mais the collection office and pick up was seamless with friendly staff explaining everything from rules, safety and motorhome operations. The motorhome was clean and almost brand new, made our stay and drive in Iceland enjoyable with ease. Items that were needed to live in the motorhome were also provided and available. All we need to get were food and drinks. Return of motorhome was at the airport, about 5 minutes walk to airport. The staff was not around, we parked the motorhome near the office, dropped the keys and that’s it! Easy. Overall experience was great for the rental, perhaps there are cheaper options available with other rental but we want pease of mind and to make sure to engage trustworthy companies and/or service providers, just so to avoid any unnecessary hiccups."

"Overall very good. Thanks There were a couple of things to mention. There were no coffee cups or storage containers supplied(we purchased some and left them in the van) The kitchen knife was very blunt. A vehicle with apple car play/android auto or a nav unit would be a great addition for tourists."
