I tried calling them from the airport but no one picked up the phone I have also sent them an email but I have not received a reply yet."

I asked the staff to note them, and they assured me that all existing damage had already been recorded in their system. They told me there was nothing to worry about and that I could leave without any additional... Despite its age, it performed well throughout the rental without any mechanical issues. * Unfortunately, the drop-off experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member who inspected the vehicle was rude and immediately implied that I was being dishonest about the pre-existing damage. They insisted that the pick-up staff must have told me to take photos of the car and repeatedly claimed that the vehicle had been in perfect condition when it was handed over to me. I was also told, in a confrontational tone, “Are you trying to tell me that nobody warned you?” and that I should have read the contract. However, the contract does not state that customers are required to take photographs of the vehicle before leaving. Overall, while the rental itself went smoothly, the way I was treated during the return process was unacceptable. I felt I was presumed to be dishonest and was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner. That experience alone would make me reluctant to rent from this company again."
