Good

Within 12 hours, the car I rented had a broken trunk (and in turn the lock button on the remote didn’t work) and a broken passenger driver side handle. I was supposed to get a replacement vehicle but it never showed up nor was anything communicated to me why it didn’t show up. Overall the car worked well enough for us but I am not sure that I would rent from them again.

Excellent, exception the GPS who didn't found all the touristic place we had visited, so we were old school with a map!

The staff from Icerental 4x4 was extremely helpful and arrived promptly at the airport to pick us up and take us to the rental vehicle. We were given helpful pointers and headed out to explore Iceland. The Dodge Durango had a few issues but for the most part was a nice big solid 4x4. To note for repairs: None of the interior lights work and the drivers seatbelt is very difficult to latch. Also, one of the back up lights is out and the windshield wipers desperately need changed.

Our experience with Icerental 4x4 and Northbound was superb! Before I even got to Iceland I had to make some changes to the reservation and they were on it immediately, very respnsive to my needs! Once I arrived in Reykjavik, the staff were very helpful, there to pick me up at the airport and take me to the office, right away. They were friendly and knowledgable with any questions, and the car was excellent. We drove the Ring Road in winter and though people don't recommend it, it was smooth sailing in the Vitara. Thanks guys!

Outstanding!

It was great! It was very easy to find them at the airport. We got shuttled to their facility to pick up the car. The paperwork was fast and easy. When we returned the car, they shuttled us back to the airport. Didn't have to wait long. The car was okay. Can be better, but we did pay for that.

Outstanding!

We had a great experience with IceRental 4x4. Airport pick up was easy, the staff was friendly and 4x4 car took us all of the southern coast easily. We loved it! Their instructions and guidance were very helpful. And when the unfortunate event happened that we got stuck in black since, they quickly dispatched someone to tow us out!
