How do I change the pickup or return dates?
To change the pickup or return dates on your booking you can do so by visiting your bookings page, if you are logged in - or navigating to this page and provide your Booking's Reference ID (provided on your voucher) and your last name.
You can change your dates if:
- There's enough time before the booking's start date for the supplier to prepare for the new dates
- The dates are outside of the cancellation policy
- The vehicle is available*
* If the vehicle is not available, we will offer you to send a request to the supplier on your behalf with your requested modifications. If the supplier accepts the modification request and there's a charge, you will need to follow the link in the email you will receive and complete the payment.
