Excellent

In general good service . They were present at the airport timely even if I arrived late in the night. Car , Suzuky Gran Vitara was in good conditions. Currently nothing to complain , good service . Car was provided by Arctic , however everythnig was fine . Good customer service , quick answer during the reservation and when I asked to change the car model and for the upgrade of the insurance . Not sure to get the best price :( however I am satisfied of the service and quality . I think that I will book again with your company ..why not ? Thanks Marco

Outstanding!

Everything was very good. Even if we had to change our pick-up time due to flight cancellation, the agent came at the new arrival time with our car, which was very clean and in good condition. He explained everything and made sure everything was clear to us and OK. We didn't have any trouble during our trip and the car run well on all the roads. It was a good experience overall.

Excellent

Easy online rental. There was no correspondence during the 6 months between reserving the vehicle and the day of the reservation, however Northbound showed up at our hotel on-time and everything was as outlined in the reservation. The drop off and pick up of the rental at our hotel was very convenient. I would rent from Northbound again.

very good car and services ! This 4x4 can go everywhere (except the passages through ford) and was really pleasant to drive and do a global tour of the island.

Outstanding!

We had rented a Dacia Duster for 8 days in Iceland for three people and the car along with customer service were both fantastic. Runar was able to adjust our pickup time with short notice due to an adjustment in our plans along with update the quantity of drivers on the plan. The car was waiting right outside the airport upon arrival with a full tank of fuel and little paperwork to fill out before we were off and going. The car performed great and provided fantastic fuel economy with the manual transmission diesel drivetrain. Dropoff was also a breeze with simply parking the car at the airport and notifying arctic car rental where it was parked. Overall a fantastic experience.

I appreciated the clean and dependable car I was provided by Arctic Car Rental. We were picked up at the airport right after picking up our bags (as promised), we were given sound instructions and tips, and drop off at the end of the trip was easy. So nice to work with a small, family-owned company.
