The people of the office was fine. It was not clear to see wit hwe rent with orange or another company. The check in was a bit long because it has taken some time to treat other custumers befroe us. Also the person was not aware than GPS was included in location. I should go online in my Northbound account in live to proove it... The check out was ok. The transit to airport were good too. The car itself was good in good eather condition but could be dangerous with wind and rain (even with low speed) so maybe tires could be changed.

I don't have a credit card, only a debit card, so was forced to get the full insurance package which set me back several hundred dollars, which i was not planning on spending right away. I hoped it would be a deposit and if I didn't hurt the car, I might be able to get that money back at the end of the trip but that wasn't the case. Other than that though, the car ran well and was very clean and gas efficient, and the after-hours customer service through orange car was good

Hi, Rental and experience was a great. If we will travel around Scandinavia a choose you again because you have great price and good advices to download before journey. Only suprise was that I needed a credit card pay for it. So I have only debit card and I had to pay next taxes. Car was amazing and it was ok that we got similar car then was wrote before journey. Thank you very much. It was our first experience with a rental car. We wish you the best Martin and Katka

Quick shuttle to and from the airport. Staff spoke excellent English which helped my limited Icelandic. They were upfront with the charges and costs and provided helpful guidance towards which insurances we needed and which we didn't.

Excellent

Everything was good except we wasn’t aware that it only opens at 5am. Our flight was 6.30am. The website allowed me to return car at 4.30am but we only got to know we can return at 5am. So it was a bit rush for us to drop our baggage and check in at airport then head back to the car rental. Other than that everything was perfect and customer service was good.
