Outstanding!

Orange were exceptionally easy to deal with and acted very professionally and efficiently. Unfortunately we received a Dacia Duster instead of the Vitara but the vehicle proved more than suitable, maybe not as efficient but good enough. The pick up form the airport was prompt and within 30 minutes we had the car. On returning the car the process was equally smooth, we arrived at 07:08 am and had carried out the checks / paperwork and were shuttled to the airport before 07:30. Fantastic service all round. Booking through Northbound also gave us a free sat-nav for the week which saved 1500k a day and proved invaluable! Overall top experience.

ORANGE WAS GREAT. PRICE WAS RIGHT. VEHICLES WERE CLEAN AND DEPENDABLE. TOURS WERE ON TIME GUIDES WERE QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE BUS WERE CLEAN AND NEW. HAD A GREAT TIME AND WILL BE BACKED.

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, and explained everything. We were also given 31 krona off of every liter of gas, which was very helpful. Dropping the car back off was just as easy. I will be using this company again the next time I visit!

We had trouble with the shuttle pick up at the airport--the driver took about 30-40 minutes to show--but other than that, we didn't have any issues with Orange Car Rental.

Good

It was a Toyota RAV. The car was good, but the GPS did not work properly. No big deal as I had Google Maps on my phone.

Excellent

We got a Duster as I think the Suzuki has been damaged by the client renting it before us. The car was OK, though the Vitara we were supposed to get I believe is a step better.

Our experience with orange car rental was great! At arrival they gave us very good information, how to be careful in different situations and also good internet links to check the conditions of the roads and weather. Super friendly staff :)

Good

Small stress when we arrived that nobody could find our reservation. Once this was sorted, we got a Toyota RAV4 instead of the Suzuki Vitara. The car was great.
