Not the best experience Charge 500€ more as they don't want to print deb cards. I'm rentingncar every month first time that I saw such practices. Then almost we almost lost a wheel. a lot of noise fortunately that I identified the problem because screws of a wheel weren't bolts. at 90km I imagine the damage. No reaction when I told that to the guy returning the car...

Outstanding!

The car we rented was very reliable and in a good condition to drive the difficult roads in Iceland. We felt safe with this car and the pick up and drop off was quick and smooth. Although, it is kind of hard to find the Reykjavik office. The communication during the rental period was very easy via WhatsApp chat. We definitely recommend booking your car with Ring.

Excellent

The car was comfortable and without any problems, only at the beginning we have to ask for the security - triangle. We had rent a roof - tent too, which it was brandnew and we loved it. It`s a pity, that Ring is closen during the night and opens still at 7 o clock,so we had to hand over the car in the absence of the stuff ( we prefered to know it immediatly if the car was in a good situation or not )and had to take a taxi, which organized Ring for us, to the airport at our own costs. With the previous car rental companies,we have had in Island ,we could pick up the car for 24 hours and give it back and we were driven to the airport.

Efficient, friendly and helpful service from Ring. We were not surprised to hear that this relatively new business is expanding. Good luck to them. We would certainly use Ring again. The Ring minibus was waiting at Keflavik airport to collect us when we arrived. The minibus driver gave some helpful information on driving in Iceland whilst we were travelling to Ring's premises to collect the car. We were provided with several different ways of contacting Ring should any issues have arisen, but we did not need these as it turned out. At the end of our trip, we waited less than five minutes for the minibus to deliver us back to the airport. The vehicle was virtually new. Clean and in great condition when we collected it. Comfortable to drive and with plenty of space for our party of four adults. The boot fits three large suitcases.

Very Good

The only critical point was the information on the drop off procedure at the end of the rental period. At the start of the trip, I asked about the drop off procedure and it was explained to me that I would receive an email about it. Until 6h before drop off time , I did not have any concrete information about the drop off procedure. I then received this via targeted demand.
