We liked the KIA Sportage very much! It was a super reliable and also economical car that brought is to any destination we chose. Pick-up: was relatively easy, as my wife and I made it complicated by arriving 2hrs earlier than planned (8pm instead of 10pm) and as we arrived late, the office was closed. Thankfully, we were able to contact the 24/7 'emergency' service from Key and they were able to handover the car earlier as it was already ready. - So, we were super thankful for that. Drop-off: we would have appreciated a drop-off message, similar to pick-up or drop-off information within the same message that's telling all information about online-checkin and pick-up. However, parking the car was a bit of a challenge as all spots were taken and no space left. So, we had to park the car in an unusual spot, that an employee of a different rental company recommended. Dropping of the keys were quite simple and clear.

The camper was very good and everything went smoothly..above all northbound was very prompt in replies and always responded in time. Definitely recommend

Hello! We had a great time in Iceland! Iceland is such a beautiful country and the people are very friendly. To go by car with a roof tent and 4*4 is a great way to travel and see a lot of the country in ten days. The Dacia we got was nice and clean at the picup. But, there seems to be a problem with the information we have given to Northbound. The information does not reach Key. Like we had to change to an earlier flight to come to Iceland (we changed our arrival on Northbound) and Key did not know about that. Key could not see what was included in our booking. Key was very helpful though. We got everything at last, things like sleeping bags, kitchen box and GPS etc. We had the voucher on paper and could show them the whole list. The rental car was in ok condition. Three times we had some difficulties in starting the car. One time we had to fill up left front tire with air. The tank lid sometimes opened during driving. But, we must say that we could drive for a long distance before we needed to fill it up with more diesel. The dropoff went very well. Over all the service of the staff at Key is perfect. Well, with northbound everything was very pleasant and worked well. Fast and reliable in comments and advice. As for Konvin. There was no one at the airport picking us up. We had to phone, then the gay showed up and picked us up. This spanish guy from Konvin talking with a very strong spanish accent was not always easy to understand. It took us at least 3 hours to pick up the car! Then only in the last minute we realised that our flight was leaving Tuesdays and not Wednesdays. So we drove as fast as possible to the airport. Rang Konvin to give us a help with droping the car directly at the airport. No way, no helping hand. The spanish guy did for us what he could but no chance that someone poped up. We paied the extracosts for the unfilled tank, the parking extracost. Got the info by now, that they picked up our car at the airport. My shoes still in it. So we'll see wether I get them back or not. The car was quite dirty at the drivers place, wett at the place aside. The dishes were not chequed and cleaned before. The car had a problem with the tire preasure, it seamed to be in it's electronic. We were called by the car system to pump up the tires several times. After the second cheque without really showing a trouble at the tire, we ignored it. Northbound and it s service I'll really recommend. Konvin service and cleanlyness needs improvment. We loved our car rental! The van seemed like it was practically brand new and drove great. The interior was comfortable and had all the essentials we needed for our camper van experience.
