What documents do I need to make a claim?
To help the support team assess your claim as quickly as possible, the following documents will be required when you make a claim via rentalcover.com/claim:
- A copy of the rental agreement
- A photo of your driver's license
- Card statement with the final rental company charges
- Written correspondence with the rental company
- Your final invoice from the rental company
- If relevant, upload a photo of a Police Report
- Details of other parties (see “What to do if there are damages, your vehicle breaks down or if you have an accident?”)
