What documents do I need to make a claim?

To help the support team assess your claim as quickly as possible, the following documents will be required when you make a claim via

  • A copy of the rental agreement
  • A photo of your driver's license
  • Card statement with the final rental company charges
  • Written correspondence with the rental company
  • Your final invoice from the rental company
  • If relevant, upload a photo of a Police Report
  • Details of other parties (see “What to do if there are damages, your vehicle breaks down or if you have an accident?”)
