We used Northbound.is to book our camper van rental for a week-long trip around Iceland, and the process was smooth and easy from start to finish. The platform made it simple to compare options and filter by features like insurance coverage and included equipment, which was super helpful when planning a road trip in a place like Iceland. We had a hiccup during the journey when the first van broke down near Húsavík. While the situation wasn’t ideal, the communication through the rental company was responsive and the support we received was solid — someone drove from Keflavík to deliver a replacement van the next day. Northbound’s platform kept everything clear and organized, especially regarding what was included in the rental and what coverage we had. Overall, Northbound.is did a great job as a middleman — reliable, transparent, and with good customer service. Would definitely use them again.
