We were very happy with the Dacia Duster that we rented. It was in good condition, perfect for our trip in Iceland. Everything was fine and we had no problem whatsoever with the car. Staff were very friendly. We were given good information about driving in Iceland. Drop off was simple and quick. Since we had our flight early in the morning, we just left the car in parking area at the airport, and one of the staff would pick up the car later that day. We will definitely recommend this company to other people. Booking through Northbound was also very simple and easy. We were able to locate all information that we needed on this website.

Excellent

Nice car (a Suzuki Vitara 2017 4WD) and friendly staff. The GPS was not very user-friendly that it did not support searching by telephone number. I was thinking if the GPS devices in the whole northern Europe were like that because it was the same to the one I rented in Finland.

We were very happy with the Dacia Duster and the service we received from Star Car Rental. Our flight arrived one hour early, and after a very quick email the representative arrived at the airport with the vehicle. He was friendly and explained the particularities of driving in Iceland, including an explanation of road signs and a description of the types of roads and their associated speed limits. The vehicle was very reliable and we were very comfortable using it. Drop off was simple and quick. They drove us to the airport immediately. The customer service we received from Star Car Rental was excellent and we would recommend anyone to use their services.

Star Car Rental was wonderful! The customer service that Odin provided was outstanding. He was at the airport waiting for us when we landed and drove us to the airport within minutes of us dropping the rental off at the end of our trip. We'd also highly recommend the Dacia Duster, such a fun little car! The Diesel version gets excellent gas mileage! We'd definitely go with Star again!
