Excellent

My experience was exactly what I expected it to be. We were picked up at the airport after our flight and drove a short distance to the office. Paperwork was easy. Keys in hand. Off to explore. The Docia Dokker was perfect for my wife and I. It was comfortable to sleep in. Handled the dirt roads like a champ! Heating system was a great addition. Plan to return to Iceland and would use northbound again. The only suggestions I would have: 1) Get a quality non-stick cook set. 2) Curtains for the windows.

Outstanding!

We were more than satisfied with the car and the rooftent. It is super easy to set it up and it also keeps rain outside. The matrace is thick enough to feel comfy. It was a very good way of experiencing iceland. The only info that was missing a bit was how long it actually is. For people who are 1.90m and taller it can get tight. Also, if the car key is kept in the tent, one can still open the car by pressing the button on the door.. maybe something to think about. But I guess in Iceland it is not such big a deal anyway. Otherwise it was all perfectly fine. The pickup and return of the car was absolutely easy and the staff was very friendly! I would definitely recommend this company!

Outstanding!

The car I actually ended up was Dacia Duster instead of Suzuki, nevertheless - the car was great, it run smoothly and without any problems whatsoever.

Outstanding!

We had a really good time in Iceland with the Dacia Dokker Camper. It's perfectly equiped for some days/weeks of camping. The staff was very nice and the service very good.

I found the whole experience hassle free. Very organised company, picked us up at the airport. Not too much paper work or fuss at the office. Happy with the car, clean and a pleasure to drive. Just what we needed to get around Iceland. Very good service when we dropped the car off early before our flight. I would use this company again and highly recommend them!

Excellent

Good experience. 4.5 instead of 5 because we arrived at Lava office at 5 am for ride to airport and no one there. Left at 5:25a after reading note on door stating to leave car at airport. I had received a parking ticket (see below) and wanted to talk to staff in person. Was given no chance. What I emailed your staff: Acknowledge receipt please. I received a parking ticket but could not take care of due to bank being closed on weekend. It is for $10000 or $100 US. Pls use card on file to pay. I was inside asking a restaurant where to park when I received ticket. I left ticket in glovebox with keys and paperwork. I parked as indicated below. P3 C3 6th spot on right. Gray Duster.
