Everything went well. Nice customer service

Poor - Orange had been sold to Geysir, but this was not communicated and the pick up arrangements were not the same - so we waited for nearly an hour at the information desk only to find out we needed to take a shuttle bus to Geysir - something we had no idea about as we had never heard of Geysir before! The service at pick up was poor, it took forever and customer service was pretty bad. All in all, wouldn't rent from them again.

The pickup from the airport was great especially after our flight was delayed. The checkin process to receive the car was quick and easy. The duster was a great vehicle for travelling the country. No issues. The interior of the vehicle could have been cleaned a bit better but it wasn’t a big deal considering all the rain. The check out process and service back to the airport was also easy and fast. Thanks!

On arrival the gentleman helping us was yelling at another couple who were wanting money back for their own rental. We were only given the choices of no insurance (which meant they would hold over $6000 of our only credit card for trip) or else we had to pay for the premium insurance, which we didn't need but had no choice to pay for because we did not have $6000. We were NOT advised of any of this before coming to the country. The tent on our vehicle smelled awful and had mold growing on the roof. Being allergic to mold I spent my vacation stuffed up with a headache. Also were given an N1 tag which was supposed to provide us with a discount on fuel that also did not work. Informed them of this on return of the vehicle and they seemed uninterested. Northbound seems a good rental agency but I would not rent from icerental again.

Everything was quite good with my experience! The car was fine and the customer service was good. I was however told there was a USB port available in the car I booked the vehicle, however it didn't come with one. It's not a big deal but that is probably the only reason why I didn't rate the experience a 5. Overall it was good!

We had a great experience with both northbound and icerental 4x4. The customer service of northbound was very fast to reply to our question. The representatives from icerental 4x4 were polite and helpful and the pickup/dropoff to the airport was perfectly organized. Our car worked very well for the entire trip (more than 2000 miles) with just few minor issues (old windshield wipers, low battery on the car keys and doors not fully locking when open) that anyway did not affect our trip. We would definitely use northbound again!

Everything went really fine. Thank you. We were a bit surprised about the blocked amount on the credit card. Would be good to tell in advance. The navigation system was not updated. But besides that it was a good experience and super price. Thank you

Just everything went fine. The car was nice and clean. With the pickup there was no problem. The paper work was fast. I can recommend it!
