Outstanding!

Vehicles could be better equipped for long journeys in Iceland. A warning light came on on the last day of the trip about low AdBlue, but there was none I could find in the vehicle to top it up. Otherwise, the car and service were perfect.

The car ran very well, suitable for icy roads. the procedure for picking up and returning the vehicle is quick. The only flaw: we were without both front lights and the call center employee was unable to help us despite 5 phone calls, forcing us to travel 150 km in the night without headlights.

Very disappointing experience with Go Iceland. We waited more than 3 hours and half in the airport, we even asked the information desk at the airport to help us contact them but we had to take a taxi to get there. When we reached there they were very rude, never apologized, when asked them to compensate the taxi expense they could have respectfully rejected, however they did not hesitate to be even more rude.

Very Good

Everything went very well in general. But I missed the plane, because I couldn't find directly the return point for the car and had to buy a new ticket. My strongly recomendation- give every customer a clear rentel car direction explanation.
