We had a great time. Little late at the beginning the shuttle that should bring us to the car, but after that was all perfect. New car (12000 km), car tires new, no problems. We suggest platinum insurance for a free probleml travel and also because cars are better managed than the ones with less tipe of insurance. People always really professional.

Perfect for pick up and drop off at the airport. The procedure of taking over the car was proffesional and not too long. Dacia worked well. I recomended if you dont take additional insurance to make photos of car damage to avoid additional paying.

Coming into a different country for the first time is always a challenge. Once we had claimed our baggage, we were uncertain how to find the shuttle to Northbound. We arrived at the "meeting area" where everyone is looking for their shuttle before the shuttle driver arrived. My wife got a bit anxious because we didn't have an immediate connection, but your shuttle driver was there in a timely manner. It wasn't a big worry, but having a better way to find the shuttle connection would be helpful. Fortunately, the Nissan preformed quite well, and we had no issues traveling during our two-week adventure in Iceland. I am very happy with your service.

Rental vehicle was much nicer than expected! We had a very new vehicle with in-dash GPS that we did not even request. It was also a hybrid and had the charge in the trunk, which helped save on gas prices. Our only issue was that there was not a spare tire with the car, only a flat repair kit. We popped a tire and had to wait quite a long time for the roadside assistance, but the dispatcher was extremely helpful and responsive and made sure everything was handled well. Flat tires are merely part of traveling in Iceland and I do not blame anyone for that! Having a spare tire onboard would really speed up the repair though. When we dropped off the car, there was a free shuttle there to take us back to our hotel rather than having to call an expensive taxi. I would definitely recommend renting from this company. Get the platinum insurance! It is worth it.

The staff at Go Iceland were fantastic and super helpful. The check-in and check-out processes for the vehicle were fast and easy. We had an issue with the windscreen and tyre pressure sensor but they checked everything and assured us that it would be ok. Would highly recommend them.
