Outstanding!

The Duster performed excellently. Lagoon were great, picked us up at 0130 after our flight was delayed and dropped us off on our departure at 2330. Not pushy at all, didn't try to upsell insurance, etc. Great car and fantastic service.

Excellent

We were very happy with the van. The van had manual transmission with diesel fuel, and we found that we had good gas mileage. The van was clean, and had everything we needed. We were picked up at the Reykjavik airport, and dropped the van off in Kefflavic. The only problem we had was finding the office in Kefflavic to drop off the van. Directions to the office dropoff would have been helpful. One thing that would have made the experience better was the sleeping arrangements. The front car seats had to be slid and leaned forward in order to open up the bed. Would have worked better for us if the bed opened up towards the back door. That way one person could sit in a seat and read while the other person slept. Overall a great experience!

Loved this camper. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything was easy no complications. Will definitely be booking with lagoon again.

Car fitted our requirements for driving round the ring road; it was easy to drive and didn't cause us any issues.

Pick-up staff was not very friendly. Felt pressured to take more insurance packages One tire had a tiny hole that was not reported by the previous renter and was not noticed by you when renting it to us Car itself was ok, some minor scratches, but good value for your money Staff at the return-point was friendly and helpful

We were very happy! The staff were very friendly, the 24 hour service was very convenient for our early flight, and the airport shuttle was also a great feature.
