Excellent

Well, beside of the fact, that you are asking about booking that was changed (both car and time...) Given the current Covid - madness I had to change my booking 3 times and re-book my flight even 4 times. However, I was very happy with the flexibility of MyCar services, even with the kind refund for shorter stay. I intend to book again, if I manage to come again next year.

We were very satisfied with the service we experienced. The airport shuttle was on time. The handover of the car was quick and very kind. Our car was in a pretty good shape (A little dirt in the doors... but hey that´s a Landcruiser :P) We had absolutely no problems with the car during our 15 day trip through Iceland. The Landcruiser was spacious enough for 4 people (two of them over 1.90 m) and our luggage. We would absolutely recommend !

I just returned from my 2020 Iceland trip and want to thank Northbound.is and MyCar car rental for a great rental car experience. When I had trouble with credit card processing MyCar still gave me the car while I figured out the payment details on the road. The car worked very well and I had no issues. Northbound.is was patient with me as I had to make car rental reservations many times before the trip. I plan to use them again in the future.

Car was top - new and it was the larger model (7 seats instead of 5 seats) with no extra charge. Super Service by MyCar Rental, Airport Shuttle (to the Rental Office in Keflavík) at any time as agreed (and flexible as we arrived earlier than planend). Super qick handover of the car (too qick? - as they forgot to hand us over the WFI rooter - we got it than immediately by the Reykjavík office after our request call). Car return was also very fast. So far so good! We didn‘t had any troubles - so we cannot judge on Problem dealing.
