Fantastic!

Excellent vehicle for weeks on end cruising in the Highlands. Build quality and driving experience are absolutely perfect, river crossings and steep boulder climbing are no problem for this car. You pay a lot for it, but it is worth every penny.

Overall, we had a good experience with the car - it holds the road well, had enough room for our family of 4 and our bags. There were a couple of hurdles: first is that the back doors are sliding, and when they locked in the open position, i had a trouble closing them. It needs to be explained during pickup that sometimes you need to give those doors a push. Next is that the car was almost out of the windshield fluid and in general, it could have been cleaner. Another set of concerns is that the car needs to come with a set USB wires and in-car chargers.

Outstanding!

I really enjoyed MYCAR rental. The office was very close to the port where our ship arrived. The car was in perfect condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rental process was quick and straightforward. The return of the car was also straightforward and the shuttle service brought us to the airport in a manner of minutes. I highly recommend MYCAR to anyone wanting a great car and professional staff.

Outstanding!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Iceland and a large part was because of the great deal we got for our car from MyCar on Northbound. The whole experience with the car company was fantastic. We got exactly the car we signed up for. It was in excellent condition and the fact that it was hybrid, helped save a lot of money on petrol bills. Everyone at MyCar was friendly and helpful and the pick up and drop off service was great. It may have been a bit more helpful if our pick up driver had a bigger sign and was waiting for us in a more obvious spot. It took us a while to find him. Other than that, we absolutely loved the car and would definitely use Northbound and MyCar again!!

Fantastic!

It was a perfect vehicle for five people, five large suitcases. Gas mileage is very good. It seems like a very dependable vehicle. I will use northbound again for my next car rental. Siggi Asgeirsson

Outstanding!

A fantastic big 4WD car that gives you a soft ride even on the bumpiest roads. Quiet diesel engine with low fuel consumption despite the size of the car. The trunk is huge and can swallow up to 7 suit cases. It will be my choice of car when I return to Iceland again.

Outstanding!

We were upgraded and the car we got was wonderful. The service was excellent. I really loved the Wi-Fi option we got with the premium insurance. Also appreciated the free shuttle from the international airport to our hotel after turning the car in the night before our departure. I’ve already recommended a friend use Mycar when in Iceland.
