Outstanding!

The car was very comfortable. It did so well in very challenging conditions. Plenty of space for us, our little son and luggage. We were picked up from the airport on time and dropped off without any problems. Staff was very helpful and provided us with all the details we needed. Would happily rent with them again.

Fine

Car was freezing cold when we picked it up in January. Most rentals would have it warmed and ready. Doors were frozen shut too. Tires were almost bald, which we didn't notice until we hit massive snow on our last day. WTF? Iceland = snow = should be awesome winter tires on a rental. Dodgy company and would not recommend.

Car hire was simple and easy. We were picked up from the airport and taken to the Ring depot. Paperwork was simple and we were on our journey very quickly. Return at the end was also very simple. I recommend Ring

Good

Our pick-up was one hour late. The person picking us up said he tried to call me. I found that odd since it would have been an international call and I had no cellular data in Iceland. Our car had a broken windshield and was distracting at times. Other than the aforementioned, the 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross Automatic car rental was perfect!! Thank you!
